Ceramic Fiber Board
Ceramic fiber board is white and light board which is made by the wet vacuum forming process. The strength of the refractory ceramic fiber board is higher than that of ceramic fiber blanket and the vacuum felt. Ceramic fiber insulation board is suitable for the high temperature field with the requirement of the rigid strength of product. In the petrochemical, metallurgical, ceramic and glass industries, ceramic fiber board is used for backing lining of the furnace.

Ceramic fiber board is a vacuum formed product that resists higher gas velocities than ceramic fiber blanket. Refractory ceramic fiber board is ideal for furnace, boiler duct and stack lining thanks to its thermal conductivity and low heat storage, which makes the shorter cycle times and quicker access for maintenance in the industrial furnaces possible.

Manufacturing Process of Ceramic Fiber Board
Ceramic fiber insulation board is a kind of aluminium silicate fire-resisting board, which is manufactured through vacuum forming with quality aluminum silicate wool as the raw material after removing slag and impurity by washing, adding high temperature resistance binder, forcing, mould forming, dewatering and solidifying elaborate processing.
